Hell & Back

Yesterday thru the evening I was pondering how I was gonna get myself to Victoria Institution for the Librarian/Koperasi inter-school basketball competition.

From asking Ian for a lift to considering taking a cab to asking my cousin where my uncle worked thinking it was at Kelana Jaya but thank God it was actually in Town.

Slept at 1 + AM .I woke up at SIX:THIRTY AM (ON A HOLIDAY).FUCK YOU MARCUS WONG -_- .So sitting in the car was well uncomfortable/awkward lol , we don't usually talk to each other so it was mostly silent the whole way to town.

Anw , I met up with Ian at the Hang Tuah monorail station. Thrilled at finally seeing a familiar face tho he said he saw Pn Izattul on he's way there in the train.Funny eh :P ANYWHO , made our way to VI but without some difficulty. Personally , I haven't been there and Ian on the other hand hasn't since form 2 so he's directions were fuzzy.

After asking a friendly side sweeper , it lead us to the road on Hang Jebat passing Stadium Negara , where I went for the Jason Mraz concert :) and didn't know the school was right behind it : / pftt oh well.

Btw , since its my first time there the SCHOOL WAS HUGE. Anyhow , waited there without seeing any other familiar faces for 30 minutes before seeing Ong Kiat and eventually finding out that it was POSTPONED TO FRIDAY (this really ticked me off) as organizers you should freaking TELL us that it's off BEFORE HAND. Marcus wasn't even there , as tho he knew it would happen.

Ian and I were really pissed , so we went to MCD to chill for awhile before I had to head to Keefe's and he had to go back home.Got to talk for 40 minutes or so.Great catch up session , must do so more often since he's my "bro" .

We then left after having bk'fast and headed back to KL Central.Drizzled a bit , so maybe it was a blessing that we didn't have the competition that day. Still i'm peed-ed off :P We said goodbye and parted ways.

I had to take the KTM while Ian took the Putra Line.Mine took longer to depart as it usually is that way.Read "The Guardian".

Got off the train and headed to Keefe's house in Sri Sinar by cab , got there at aprox 11 + .Waited for him while he went to the pharmacy to get medication and a bandage as he aggravated his twisted ankle while jogging in the morning.Had a quick conversation with Uncle Ric about soon arriving World Cup : D then Keefe made he's way back from the pharmacy and we waited in his room for Howie.

Moose , came into the room unexpectedly and we started off.Decided what song(s) to perform for TTDI's IU :D then made alot of progress with SHEER OPTIMISTIC SEMANGAT-NESS : D hopefully we'll make it thru their auditions.

I see that number and think , of the things that has been done associated with it.The number of championships , the number of shots missed , the number of seconds left on the shot clock , waiting for you to make it , and most of all I see my last Sri Hartamas basketball jersey number.I feel sad at the same time , cause this will be my last chance to make an impact.

That impact that I've been hoping for ever since I picked up a ball.Just the sheer thought of making a game winning shot gives me goose bumps , but somehow I will make that game winning shot.I know Ian won't be there as part of our duo but I will be playing out there for everyone in Hartamas.

I will proudly wear that clown jersey and win every game.
I will make that game winning shot
WE will hold our heads high
WE will always remember the times we had during basketball seasons
and most of all
WE will be number one

This is a happy post , it really is.

Treating people like a safety net is a horrible thing to do especially when you don't tegur them at all when your on the tightrope living it up.So since you've been doing that to me since ever.I'm gonna say I DGAF ! anymore :)

To expect something so big from someone is wrong , you put them in an uncomfortable situation.I wished I didn't tell you , not cause I don't want you to know but its just now you're the only one that does.Its hard to not have you there for me : / I'm ok mostly but everyone has their lapses.

Its times like this you regret.You burden people , without reason.Without thinking of how they feel.She came again today and I don't wanna tell you.I don't want you to worry.

So kids , never ever pour your heart out to one person.You'll regret.

On a happier note , I bought jelly beans :) and had ice cream tehee.
